About The Position

This position has been segmented "Remote Anywhere" meaning the work is completed 100% remote anywhere in the U.S. except Hawaii or United States Territories. This role ensures accurate and timely resolution of vendor and supplier disputes via phones and cases. This includes researching and resolving inquiries, processing payments, and providing support to vendors and internal stakeholders in a high volume environment. Requirements

  • Three years AP experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are required
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and interact with a variety of associates (all levels), external customers and vendor community in supportive and positive manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and flexibility to work within an environment of changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Three or more years experience in a business environment or college degree
  • Proficient in Basic Excel is required
  • Advanced Excel is preferred i.e., basic formulas, V-Look Ups & Pivot Tables
  • Basic Word and Outlook skills; Intermediate PeopleSoft Financial experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with data query/data management tools extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects)
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
  • Strong analytical skill preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line phone support to vendors during normal business hours.
  • Follow up with vendors on inquiries requiring additional investigation or assistance.
  • Resolve cases in HPSM daily, including reviewing and validating bills of lading, identifying offsets, and coding and initiating approved payments.
  • Provide backup support for various vendor programs, such as SIB, division deductions, short payments, and EZ Claims.
  • Grant user access to the supplier portal.
  • Assist vendors with portal group setup.
  • Conduct portal walkthroughs and provide coaching to vendors on portal usage.
  • Ensure vendors understand and adhere to company policies and procedures for dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with market procurement and finance teams to resolve trade, expense, and deduction issues.
  • Assist field HPSM users with questions and guidance.
  • Identify and address potential issues with vendors, procurement processes, and receiving procedures to improve overall productivity.
  • Participate in and complete assigned projects as directed by supervisors or managers.
