This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office / 2 days remote). About your team: This senior vendor management role reports to the Sr. Director of IT Procurement and Vendor Management. The position requires an experienced individual who will: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, legal, enterprise risk, audit, compliance and other key IBKR stakeholders globally. Guide vendors through robust risk assessments and due diligence processes for existing ICT 3rd party service providers. Implementing robust contractual arrangements that address security, performance, and continuity requirements. Establishing effective monitoring, scorecards and oversight mechanisms for ICT 3rd party service providers (TPSP). The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong experience with critical and strategic vendor relationship management and drive measurable improvements across the vendor management landscape.
