Job Summary The Vendor Management Support Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the support services related to vendor management, ensuring that all vendor-related activities are executed efficiently and effectively. This role involves performance tracking, compliance monitoring, issue management, research, and reporting. Additionally, this team will work with and provide support to internal teams and vendor teams. The role will be responsible for building and developing relationships with cross-functional teams to address vendor-related issues and facilitate effective communication. The Support Services Manager will analyze and identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow efficiencies and ensure standards are performed and aligned to the larger HCSC corporate standards. The Support Services Manager will be responsible for establishing KPI, monitoring SLA's, and establishing metric dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technology support management, development, or supply chain support services, with a focus on operational efficiency
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer oriented approach
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
