As Vendor Management Specialist , you will be directly responsible for the operational success of YETI’s external customer experience vendors . As part of our Customer Experience team, you’ll help ensure our external partners deliver the premium service our customers expect. You will serve as a key link between vendo rs and internal global and regional team s , including Operations, Training, QA to ensure consistent execution, updated SOPs, and accurate performance insights , which keep our vendo r operations running smoothly .

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Greater than 2 years of relevant experience in operations, customer experience, vendor support, or cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience communicating effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Confluence and other internal systems for reporting and documentation.
  • Ability to move from analysis to recommendations
  • Based in Austin, Texas

Responsibilities

  • Support day to day communication with vendor partners, including responding to inquiries, coordinating updates, and facilitating operational alignment
  • Provide support for vendor performance monitoring, surfacing trends or discrepancies to the appropriate internal leaders
  • Maintain and manage v endor a ction l og (s) , ensuring accurate updates, progress tracking, and follow through on owner assignments
  • Track open items, deadlines, and cross functional dependencies to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain and update vendor query doc, including responding to inquiries, validating content, and supporting trend identification.
  • Own vendor query doc reporting, surfacing themes, operational blockers, and required escalations to appropriate stakeholders
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for vendor agents, including credentialing, systems access, and alignment with internal teams.
  • Assist vendor partners with technical issue routing
  • Identify and e scalate recurring issues, knowledge gaps, or operational risks to internal leaders
