About The Position

DriveWealth operates a technology-enabled broker-dealer platform powering global partners, embedded investing experiences, and cash management solutions. As the firm scales its infrastructure, regulatory footprint, and international partner network, strong third-party governance is critical. The Vendor Management & Procurement Manager will design and operationalize a comprehensive third-party governance framework that supports DriveWealth’s clearing, custody, trading, cash management, data, and technology ecosystems. This role will ensure vendor oversight meets regulatory expectations while enabling speed, scalability, and innovation across the platform. This individual will partner closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to implement workflow controls, mitigate third-party risk, enhance vendor performance transparency, and strengthen procurement discipline across the organization.

Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, third party risk, or operations within financial services or a regulated environment
  • Working knowledge of SEC and FINRA expectations related to third party oversight
  • Experience supporting or implementing vendor governance processes, including onboarding, due diligence, and renewal workflows
  • Familiarity with contract structures, SLAs, and vendor performance monitoring
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and project management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Technology
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes, strengthen controls, or reduce operational risk

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement DriveWealth’s third-party vendor governance framework
  • Establish clear vendor tiering, onboarding, renewal, and termination processes to ensure consistency and control
  • Support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including vendor selection, contract coordination, and renewal management
  • Own and continuously evolve DriveWealth’s third-party governance standards to ensure regulatory defensibility and operational resilience
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Product, and Engineering to ensure vendors meet regulatory, operational, and security standards
  • Drive accountability across business units
  • Coordinate third-party due diligence and track risk findings through remediation
  • Maintain a centralized vendor inventory and contract repository
  • Develop vendor performance metrics, monitor SLAs, and lead regular performance reviews with stakeholders
  • Provide reporting and dashboards for leadership to ensure visibility into vendor risk, performance, and cost efficiency
  • Support regulatory exams and audits related to third party oversight
