We are currently seeking a Vendor Management Intern for Summer 2026. This full-time position will work for 37.5 hours per week.

Requirements

  • College level individual, that is proficient with Microsoft products, very good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • They should demonstrate the ability to take direction, use sound judgment, and manage their workload with minimal need for ongoing guidance.

Responsibilities

  • The intern will assist with the request for proposal process, which includes communicating with DXIT the Business and Vendors.
  • They will also be responsible to managing documentation for the RFPs.
  • The intern will learn the VMO contracting process and assist with contract reviews with the VMO team.
