Requirements

  • Three years related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Stakeholder management experience is required
  • Project management experience is required

Nice To Haves

  • Supply chain or procurement experience is helpful

Responsibilities

  • Establishes and maintains vendor relationships, helps negotiate favorable pricing in partnership with ESM, reports on vendor performance, reviews SOC reports, oversees vendor risk, manages incidents, and helps offboard if needed.
  • Leads the management of vendor relationships of moderate to high scope and complexity.
  • Maintains active and positive relationships with designated points of contact with key vendors in order to discuss, resolve, or escalate risk and performance related issues.
  • Leads the monitoring of post contract performance of the vendor based on performance across major risk domains and make change recommendations.
  • Develops and maintains strong internal and external relationships in order to manage cross-departmental and cross-divisional projects (such as 3rd Party Risk Governance, Data Defense escalations, 3SOC Collaboration, Client RFPs, TPRM Hub and Spoke collaboration) and coordinates the resolution of operational problems and issues for assigned critical vendors.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
  • A good candidate for this role is not afraid of challenging the status quo, willing to build subject matter knowledge, and is driven to deliver an end-to-end solution to the problems encountered by the team.
