About The Position

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Vendor Enrollment Operations Supervisor within our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will manage a professional team to ensure SLA. Experienced in applying strategic leadership tactics, providing quick and accurate analyses related to the team’s performance and quality assurance. Experienced in presenting data using desktop productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel. Must have the ability to manage competing schedules to meet time-bound deliverables. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and seeks to grow experience and skills for a career in Management. You will report directly to the Vendor Enrollment Operations Manager and regularly collaborate with other teams and departments. Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Analytical and general math skills are required
  • Must be organized, able to communicate effectively and comfortably
  • Have the ability to work independently
  • Need to be focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated
  • Advanced computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Demonstrates flexibility in approach to work, people, processes
  • Understands the importance of accurate data for business operations
  • Ability to adapt to change and offer process improvements
  • Tenacity to think “outside the box” when presenting solutions to business challenges

Nice To Haves

  • Credit card industry experience is a plus; CRM experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and or other CRM packages preferred

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring team performance, approving time sheets, and providing stand-ups and motivational meetings
  • Training new hires and ongoing education
  • Maximizing the use of current tools, reports, and programs as well as using technological creativity and identifying process improvements
  • Working with Leadership and Business Partners (when applicable) to prioritize incoming volume.
  • Collaborating with adjacent departments to understand client challenges and provide solutions
  • Supporting operational needs by implementing processes related to special projects
