Vendor Compliance & Onboarding Manager (Contract – 3 Months)

We work with some of the world’s leading brands across various industries, including Telecommunications, Financial Services, Specialty Retail, Hospitality, and Software. We help our clients better understand their customers, develop actionable insights, and improve business processes. We are seeking a Vendor Compliance & Onboarding Manager to work closely with a Fortune 500 Telecommunications company. This role will focus on ensuring vendors are onboarded efficiently, meet compliance requirements, and can operate effectively within our systems and processes. The position will work closely with procurement, analytics leadership, IT security, and external partner to streamline vendor operations and maintain governance standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in vendor management, procurement operations, or compliance
- Experience supporting external vendors or consulting partners
- Strong understanding of vendor onboarding processes and governance
- Familiarity with enterprise security and access provisioning processes (e.g., identity management, enterprise access)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a cross-functional, global environment
- Experience working with data analytics vendors or consulting firms
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of analytics and data vendor resources.
- Coordinate with procurement, legal, and IT to ensure all onboarding requirements are met.
- Facilitate access provisioning processes (e.g., identity and system access).
- Ensure vendors comply with company security, data governance, and operational policies.
- Track and maintain documentation related to vendor compliance requirements.
- Identify and resolve compliance gaps or onboarding delays.
- Serve as the point of contact between internal teams and vendor partners.
- Work with vendor management and procurement teams to support contractor onboarding tied to vendor agreements.
- Support scaling of analytics contractor resources across global teams.
- Document and improve vendor onboarding workflows.
- Recommend improvements to streamline vendor engagement and compliance tracking.
- Support implementation of tools or platforms used for vendor management.
