This role provides on-site technical support for vending and non-vending equipment, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance across multiple client locations. The Service Technician ensures equipment uptime, responds promptly to service requests, and represents the company professionally while interacting directly with clients in the field. Requirements

Relevant work experience is a plus, but we will train
Background in small appliance repair or electrical knowledge is a plus
Willingness to work in non-climate controlled shop environment
Willingness to traveling to client locations to service equipment and installs
Integrity, Innovation, Responsible, Growth oriented, Detail oriented
Great communication Skills
Work in varied environments while maintaining professional client interactions
Regularly lift 50+ pounds
Operation of company vehicle for daily travel between client locations.
Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends, evenings, early mornings, and holidays
