About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining relationships, building new relationships and growing the OCS/Vending sales within the assigned region. They are also responsible for the implementation of all sales activities in assigned market area to obtain budgeted shipment levels of all Company product lines. The incumbent must manage regional and national multi-unit account sales activities and provide the direction, leadership and motivation required for the proper sales execution. This position requires a candidate who is results oriented with a proven record of success in calling on regional and national multi-unit accounts.

Requirements

• Proven industry experience and/or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• At least 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the beverage industry or foodservice industry.
• Proven creative, aggressive sales management experience
• Knowledge of professional selling techniques and use of CRM software is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, sales presentation, and merchandising skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Results-driven, self-motivated
• Ability to travel as necessary

Responsibilities

• Primary function is calling new and existing accounts.
• Set goals and objectives for regional and national accounts.
• Create effective programs for multi-unit accounts and operators to increase volume.
• Work independently to secure incremental sales through regional and national multi-unit accounts.
• Create effective programs to achieve sales plan volumes.
• Ensure effectiveness of promotions by conducting annual business reviews with clients in a timely manner.
• Works with VP of Vending and Executive VP Sales to establish target accounts and budgets.
• Working and/or assisting in food shows.
• Monitors sales with all accounts to ensure compliance.
