About The Position

VELSIPITY represents an exciting growth opportunity that is integral to the performance of Pfizer Specialty Care. The launch of VELSIPITY in October 2023 was an important milestone as Pfizer endeavored to expand its leadership in I&I. This product could significantly change the early advanced therapy landscape with its unique balance of efficacy, favorable safety profile with no black box warning, and oral administration with no dose titration. Given the robust product profile, our history in the GI therapeutic area, and the substantial unmet need in UC, we project this product to become a significant revenue contributor within the Specialty Care portfolio. Now in its second year on-market in the US, VELSIPITY is poised for rapid growth that delivers both for Pfizer Specialty Care, as well as for the many patients in need of an effective oral treatment option in the first line of advanced therapy. VELSIPITY is at an extremely exciting juncture, having substantially expanded the brand’s field force as of October 1, 2025. The VELSIPITY HCP Sr Manager Omnichannel Lead is a crucial role that will lead omnichannel & non-personal promotion strategy and execution. This colleague will directly manage our creative and media agencies of record and work closely with the Media Lab team to optimize our content, channel and placement strategy to achieve brand launch objectives. This high-visibility position will support a number of key milestones and initiatives launching in 2026 while owning the brand’s robust media budget. Additionally, this role will lead strategic efforts to enhance engagement with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). This role reports to the VELSIPITY HCP Team Lead and will work closely with cross-functional colleagues and external vendors. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES The VELSIPITY HCP Omnichannel Sr. Manager is a mission critical role that will focus on HCP engagement across channels to ensure maximization of brand awareness, key messaging recall, and brand sentiment to ensure a successful growth year. This team member will be accountable for translating customer insights into meaningful strategies and adjusting in response to in-market metrics in order to optimize HCP engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
  • 6 years of pharmaceutical commercial or consulting experience
  • Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams and/or professional agencies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to mobilize key stakeholders and engage senior leadership
  • Strong strategic/analytic skills to develop omnichannel strategies and tactics
  • Team-first mindset and strong collaborative skills
  • Demonstrated self-starter who can work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovative idea development
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining productive/collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead omni-channel strategy: ensure consistent HCP cross-channel experience; identify and evaluate new capabilities, platforms and channels; incorporate best practices and learnings into all omnichannel tactics.
  • Lead non-personal promotion strategy and tactical execution; execute content-rich creative aligned with strengthened brand efficacy and safety story, baseline assessment positioning, and accelerating patient identification across the non-personal promotion ecosystem
  • Lead performance reporting in partnership with media team, Crossix, CRM team, and AOR; track KPIs and identify areas for optimization (channels, targeting, content); drive test and learn approach across all omnichannel tactics
  • Partner with personal promotion team to complement and enhance Field Force efforts, including CRM strategy, media tactics, and HCP brand website
  • Partner with Media team and AOR to maintain and adapt media plan on an ongoing basis; manage and optimize $5M+ media budget
  • Implement segmented strategies for media targeting and optimize impact through Pfizer first dynamic content optimization (DCO) pilot
  • Partner with CRM team and AOR to maintain and adapt CRM plan on an ongoing basis to optimize CRM engagement; own creation of triggers-based workflow based on CRM migration
  • Lead APP strategy and execution, including critical market research to understand APP prescribing behavior; partner with personal promotion and Med Ed team to implement APP specific strategies and tactics in addition to implementing for NPP
