About The Position

Every 24 seconds, someone in the world is diagnosed with blood cancer. Despite recent advances, there remain significant unmet needs for patients. With over a decade of experience in Hematology-Oncology at Pfizer, our impact is driven by our science. Our blood cancer medicines span our three core scientific modalities: Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), IO biologics including bispecific antibodies (BsAbs) and Small Molecules. There are three major blood cancer types, and Pfizer has treatments within each including Lymphoma, Myeloma, and Leukemia. Currently in the US, Pfizer has six hematologic medicines across its broad portfolio, bringing hope and relief to thousands of people suffering from blood cancers globally. Over the last decade, we’ve made strides in blood cancers, but our work in Hematology is far from finished. It is an especially exciting time to join US ELREXFIO as we optimize the TCE indication across digital channels, and prepare for the next indication in a constantly evolving competitive market. The US ELREXFIO Digital and Omnichannel Senior Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of digital and omnichannel marketing initiatives for ELREXFIO in the US. This role is responsible for driving brand presence across digital platforms, optimizing media investments, and ensuring seamless integration of omnichannel tactics into broader brand engagements. This position requires strategic thinking and prioritization, thoughtful partnership across many functions, and embracing innovation with action. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong communication, analytical acumen, detail-oriented execution, and a proven track record of fostering cross-functional collaboration and delivering exceptional results. This position reports to the HCP Team Lead.

Requirements

  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
  • BA/BS degree required, MBA or other advanced degree highly desirable
  • 6+ years of healthcare industry experience including pharmaceutical marketing required with BA/BS or 5+ years of relevant experience with MBA/MS
  • Demonstrated success in developing, executing, and measuring complex marketing programs in white space that drive performance
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with varied internal stakeholders to identify key customer insights and translate into actionable strategies
  • Solid business acumen and organizational skills with excellent interpersonal communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management
  • Strong analytical skills; detail and action oriented; creative
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver results on multiple, complex, competing projects in a deadline-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous product launch and in-line US Marketing experience preferred
  • Oncology experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, execution, and asset development for both Pfizer and CoLab owned media channels (programmatic, SEM, endemic display, SEO, custom programs, influencer, print, EHR, HCP Accelerator, GPO, GEO).
  • Develop and maintain HCP segment profiles in Pfizer's GenAI platform, creating relevant messaging and materials.
  • Oversee strategy and execution of out-of-home (OOH) sponsorships and conference drivers at congresses.
  • Develop and deploy HQ emails in conjunction with CRM team; lead integration to new Salesforce platform.
  • Oversee Hematology Library Program in collaboration with Adcetris team.
  • Partner with Analytics team to ensure monthly media measurement reports deliver actionable insights and align with brand priorities.
  • Own media and select promotional materials line items in the Digital Launch Planning Process (DLPP).
  • Lead Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) strategy and support message creation and testing processes.
  • Own content updates and traffic drivers for HCP branded website.
  • Lead updating of all live assets in alignment with label updates and ensure outdated assets are removed from market.
  • Develop and deploy RTEs through Veeva system and partner with Sales team to drive usage; monitor and report performance using Omnichannel dashboard.
  • Oversee logistics for ONM planning and serve as brand representative on cross-functional planning calls.
  • Provide guidance on inventory management and printing needs; coordinate materials for Product Theaters and Congresses.
  • Develop and ship posters and invites for product theaters; align templates with speaker decks.
