Requirements

Automotive experience preferred (sales, BDC, service, or desk support)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a desk-based, fast-paced environment
Customer-focused with an understanding of sales processes
Organized, professional, and self-motivated

Responsibilities

Review service traffic to identify potential upgrade or trade-in opportunities
Analyze equity positions, mileage, ownership timelines, and customer history
Partner with Service Advisors and Managers to identify and develop opportunities
Support the Sales Desk with qualified upgrade leads and appointment setting
Assist with structuring upgrade scenarios and customer transitions
Track opportunities and outcomes in the CRM
Ensure a smooth, professional handoff between Service and Sales
Maintain a positive, non-pressure customer experience
