Summary The Vehicle Title Coordinator is responsible for facilitating company-wide execution of titles for the Used Vehicle Sales organization to better serve our customers. The incumbent will track in-coming and out-going titles for over 137,000 vehicles in Ryder's fleet. Essential Functions Endorsing titles according to respective state requirements. Processing titles for Insurance claims while working closely with Ryder Claims Offices. Ensuring we have all Sarbanes documents in order to release titles to insurance agencies and customers. Filing, scanning, copying and validating all in-coming titles. Providing solutions to the field for titles that are lost, never titled, specification issues in crucial time line. Tracking in-coming and out-going titles being sent to Ryder field locations. Re-titling vehicles due to state restrictions. Sends and tracks over 100 Fed Ex packages daily to Ryder field. Re-titling titles from customers that we purchase customer fleets from - Fleet Buy-out. Additional Responsibilities Provide SSC with titles for all insurance claims. Cross-references title versus systems information for accuracy. Performs other duties as assigned.
