About The Position

As a Coordinator for Title Services, you will play a crucial role in our Developer Services department. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and oversee title-related services, particularly for timeshare closings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate title processes and provide excellent support to our clients.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise interaction with internal teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for creating and maintaining spreadsheets, as well as data management and analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in timeshare or a similar industry is preferred, with knowledge of timeshare closing processes and documentation.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry is desirable, with a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage title services for timeshare closings, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of title transactions, including the tracking and logging of original documents.
  • Communicate with internal teams, such as the Open Issues team, to receive and process original documents efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely title processing and address any potential delays or issues.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and trends related to title services, implementing best practices within the department.
  • Manage the shared inbox, ensuring prompt and efficient response to internal and external inquiries.
  • Assist the team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and general office support.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring a well-structured and efficient workflow.
