Shift Into Your New Role as a Sales Consultant: Beechmont Subaru is seeking individuals with a professional image interested in helping our customers choose the new or used vehicle that best meets their needs. We need your strong customer service skills and friendly personality to serve our loyal customer base! If you do not have vehicle sales experience, we will provide the training and tools you need. Requirements
- Sales experience a plus, but not required.
- Valid drivers license with record acceptable to company
- Ability to accompany customers on test drives
- Ability to work 5-day work week as assigned
- General computer skills to work in the CRM daily
- Basic math skills
- High school graduate; college or vocational training a plus
- Satisfactory employment references
- Pass background check
- Must be 18 or older.
