Perform data entry of charges that need to be applied to a vehicle before it sells, and verify that information is accurately recorded Maintain documentation, verification of invoices to ensure correct amount on the work orders compared to actual invoice cost Respond to department inquiries relating to status of parts and vehicle repair, provide quality service, and assist in resolving problems Communicate with departments and management on daily basis to make sure all information is received and posted before a sale. Submit estimates via email to proper accounts Maintain current knowledge of account contracts relating to posting. Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence Perform other duties as assigned by management. May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.
