Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High School
- Some College
- Candidate must have great computer and communication skills.
- English
Nice To Haves
- Automotive background is very helpful
- Valid Driver’s License
- Windows, Outlook, Teams, Office and other programs needed.
Responsibilities
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workflow
- Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Process work requests and work orders in MaintainX
- Follow through on part’s orders
- Performs customer service functions
- Creates and assigns work orders
- Provides information and assistance related to department services, activities, procedures, forms, or other issues
- Responds to questions and complaints
- Provides information regarding service times and progress
- Research problems; and initiates problem resolution.
- Other duties as assigned.
