Service Advisor / Service Writer Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland – Lakeland, FL Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor / Writer to join our growing service team. We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. As the primary liaison between our customers and technicians, you will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while driving service department performance.

Requirements

• Previous Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred
• Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume service drive
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Pre-employment background check, drug screening, and clean MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and document repair orders accurately
• Provide clear repair recommendations and cost estimates
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion
• Communicate repair progress and updates to customers
• Review and close repair orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintain CSI standards and build long-term customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and company policies
• Assist with scheduling service appointments as needed
