This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the smooth operation of the service department, making it a cornerstone of the overall customer experience. Empathy is essential for this role. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers by effectively managing the delivery of products or services. Your communication skills must be clear, concise, and consistent, as you will serve as a liaison between the customer and their dream RV. Additionally, you will collaborate with the parts department and technicians to gather information on service and repair needs, as well as timelines, to share with the customer. It is important to ensure that the warranty department has all the necessary information to submit accurate details to the manufacturers. Ultimately, you will act as a quality control representative and be the primary point of contact for the customer.
