Distributes maintenance and repair work to technicians based on skill levels and mountain needs. Works with Vehicle Maintenance Manager and Vehicle Maintenance Service Specialist to create goals and objectives. Maintains communication with Internal Customers and Outside Vendors. Trains technicians in safe work practices and helps to develop skill sets across the team. Performs Quality Checks on completed work.
