Ability to work every Saturday
Previous sales, customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
Valid in-state driver’s license.
Must submit to a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Identify Prospects: Proactively approach customers in the service drive to discuss their current vehicle and identify potential sales leads.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport and establish trust with service customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
Vehicle Evaluation: Assess the value of customers' current vehicles and explain the benefits of upgrading to a newer model.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest Ford vehicles, including features, benefits, and current promotions.
Offer Presentation: Present compelling vehicle exchange offers to customers, highlighting the advantages of trading in their current vehicle for a new or certified pre-owned Ford.
Sales Process Facilitation: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from service to sales, including test drives, appraisals, and financial discussions.
Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, trade-in evaluations, and sales leads in the dealership's CRM system.
Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with service customers to nurture leads and close sales opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with service advisors, sales consultants, and management to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Customer Retention: Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty through exceptional customer service.
