The Vehicle Exchange Coordinator assists the dealership Sales team in finding specific vehicles, responding to customers, supporting the sales process, and following-up with customers after vehicle purchase. The Vehicle Exchange Coordinator is required to demonstrate a sound understanding of the latest industry trends, features and benefits of each vehicle. To be successful, you should have strong customer service, communication, and problem solving skills.
