We are looking to add an experienced sales professional to our team as a vehicle exchange specialist. A dedicated vehicle exchange specialist needs to have the right attitude and skills, including: Prior sales experience. Ability to communicate effectively with both new and existing customers to generate new leads. Ability to quickly build rapport with customers over the phone and/or during the first meeting. Friendly, outgoing, professional, and highly motivated. Committed to customer satisfaction and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Excellent understanding of automotive industry and trends

Requirements

Prior sales experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with both new and existing customers to generate new leads.

Responsibilities

Research upcoming service appointments to identify best opportunities to purchase used vehicles or assist customers in trading in their vehicle.
Follow up with potential and existing customers
Report and work directly with sales management to determine dealership needs and identify ideal vehicle purchase opportunities
Work as part of a team and individually on identifying and following up on leads
Work together with service department to maintain great relationships with customers
