Requirements

- Previous customer-facing experience is a plus — sales or service experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Engage with every service customer in our dealership with confidence and professionalism
- Initiate personalized conversations about upgrading their current vehicle
- Educate clients on current offers, incentives, and vehicle options that meet their needs
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer journey
- Maintain detailed follow-ups and build strong relationships that lead to long-term satisfaction
