Experience with vehicle appraisals and trade processes is a plus, but not required-we'll train the right person.

Responsibilities

Greet service drive customers and present tailored options for selling or trading their vehicles.
Communicate effectively through flyers, phone calls, emails, and internet outreach to engage with potential customers.
Provide fair and accurate vehicle appraisals to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
Follow up with customers who may not have met in person to keep opportunities moving forward.
Create a positive, welcoming environment that reflects our customer-first approach.
