About The Position

Westside Toyota is hiring our next Vehicle Exchange Associate The Vehicle Exchange Associate will work with new and existing customers by answering their questions about inventory, product, service and financing options. The primary focus is customer retention via quality communication and service. Requirements

Prefer two or more years of Auto Sales or other Retail Experience such as Furniture, Cellular or Appliance Sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to assist service customers who wish to upgrade to a newer vehicle model
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
