About The Position

As an RVM Direct Buy Coordinator at Morley, you’ll negotiate and coordinate vehicle purchase cases for direct buys. You’ll research requested vehicles, work with customers and the client, and manage direct buy cases from start to finish. You’ll build strong negotiation and case management skills while working with a supportive team that values performance, accuracy and great customer care. No automotive experience needed! We’ll train you on everything you need to know.

Requirements

  • Strong organization, excellent interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiar with a variety of work processes / activities (e.g., through job-related training and extensive on-the-job experience)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of customer care experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
  • Able to work on site at our office in Saginaw, Michigan, as needed
  • Able to work 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time Monday to Friday (no nights or weekends!)
  • Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably
  • Secluded and distraction-free work environment
  • High-speed internet delivered through a wired provider (cable or fiber)
  • Computer must be physically connected to your modem / router using an Ethernet cable
  • Wireless, 5G and satellite connections are not supported

Responsibilities

  • Learn and follow project operations and workflow processes
  • Research and locate requested vehicles based on program guidelines
  • Communicate with customers and the client to negotiate possible vehicle purchases
  • Gather the documents needed to complete case requests
  • Prepare trade and straight financial offers
  • Create, manage and complete direct buy cases from start to finish
  • Meet prescribed metrics based on client and Morley guidelines
  • Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude
