About The Position

Vehicle Acquisition Associate Mike Maroone Chevrolet is hiring a Vehicle Acquisition Associate to support our growing pre-owned inventory by making outbound calls to vehicle owners who have expressed interest in selling their car. This role is phone-forward, system-driven, and customer-focused. You don't need prior buying or appraisal experience -- we'll train you on our tools and processes. What does matter is your comfort on the phone, computer proficiency, and ability to follow up consistently. What You'll Do Make outbound calls to warm leads interested in selling their vehicle Gather vehicle details and enter accurate information into dealership systems Use dealership-provided valuation tools and scripts to guide conversations Set expectations, answer questions, and move sellers to the next step in the process Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in the CRM Work closely with the management team to coordinate acquisitions Ensure all documentation and information is completed correctly Represent the dealership professionally on every call What We’re Looking For Experience making outbound calls in a sales, call center, BDC, or customer service role Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems Clear, confident phone communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-up Professional demeanor and positive attitude Willingness to work evenings and weekends as scheduled Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations within the past three years What We Offer $17-$22 per hour plus monthly performance bonus Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance Voluntary Life Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation, Holidays and Sick Associate Discounts and more! Requirements

Experience making outbound calls in a sales, call center, BDC, or customer service role
