More than just joining a company, it's a human adventure that we want you to LIVE!#LI-SH1 The Vega / SLD Digitalizer is a web-based, modular platform used to configure electrical equipment, build and visualize Single Line Diagrams (SLD), perform advanced technical and business calculations, manage pricing rules, and generate technical and commercial documents.The platform integrates with multiple Schneider Electric backend systems and is progressively enhanced with AI components to optimize configurations and reduce errors. As part of the deployment of Vega in 10 countries, a dedicated Level 2 / Level 3 support team is required to support international rollouts using a configuration-driven (“No Code”) approach. Role Purpose Provide L2/L3 application support for the Vega platform by analyzing issues and enabling international deployments through configuration rather than code, ensuring scalability and consistency across countries.

Requirements

  • Experience in L2/L3 application support
  • Experience with web-based, modular platforms
  • Strong understanding of configuration-driven / no-code systems
  • Ability to analyze functional and technical issues
  • Experience working in enterprise IT environments

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of industrial or electrical configuration tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for the Vega / SLD Digitalizer platform
  • Analyze and assess incidents and reported issues
  • Resolve issues using configuration-based solutions (no hard-coded logic)
  • Support deployments in North America and Europe
  • Ensure integration with Schneider Electric backend systems
  • Work during standard business time zones, with a minimum of two active resources
  • Provide expertise and backup coverage within the support team
