About The Position

Looking for a Candescent application consultant with techno-functional expertise in the application and associated transaction gateway.
This role will be primarily responsible for providing L2/L3 support across Candescent application spectrum including trouble shooting issues, support during outages and integration with Candescent application - Transaction Gateway 4.4.0.24 and other peripheral systems.

Requirements

• Strong techno-functional experience with the Candescent application.
• Hands-on experience supporting Transaction Gateway (v4.4.0.24).
• Proven experience in L2/L3 production support and outage management.
• Solid understanding of transaction processing and system integrations.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
