The group defines the company strategy around the use of BIMs, data integration across models and departments, and cultural change across project teams to realize significant risk reduction on construction cost and schedule. Leveraging the design, engineering, and construction knowledge of Suffolk and Suffolk Design, the Digital Engineering Team is charged with executing Virtual Design & Construction, Plan + Control, and creating innovative solutions in tech and process to ensure Suffolk is the best contractor in every region it operates.
