About The Position

We are currently seeking Interns for FALL 2026. This role is designed to provide a hands-on learning experience in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) within the construction industry. The intern will work closely with the VDC team and gain exposure to various aspects of construction technology. The VDC Intern will assist in the creation and modification of construction models using BIM software, support the VDC team in maintaining and managing project data, participate in team meetings, and assist with administrative tasks as needed. The Intern will also have the opportunity to observe and learn from more experienced team members, gaining insights into the practical applications of VDC in construction projects including: Clash detection and conflict resolution. Trade coordination (RFIs, shop drawings, as-builts, etc.) Construction layout setup and field applications. Drone mapping and documentation. Reality Capture with high-accuracy laser scanners. As-built/verification data collection with GPS.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program related to Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar field
Basic knowledge of BIM software like Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks is preferred
Demonstrate a strong interest in construction technology
Willingness to learn and contribute to team efforts
Must have valid US driver’s license
Must be authorized to work in the United States
