About The Position

VIATechnik is seeking a VDC Director to lead and scale our Virtual Design and Construction practice across multiple General Contractor clients and portfolios. This is a senior leadership role for someone who wants to shape strategy, build systems, and elevate an organization, not just run projects.
In this role, you'll set the enterprise direction for VDC delivery, lead and develop high-performing managers and specialists, strengthen long-term client partnerships, and drive predictable operational and financial performance-while positioning VIATechnik as an industry leader in digital construction.
This role is designed for a leader who wants bigger scope, broader influence, and long-term impact.
Shape enterprise strategy for VDC for our General Contractor clients and beyond
Build scalable systems and standards that enable consistent, high-quality delivery
Lead and develop leaders, not just teams
Influence executive clients and expand multi-year strategic partnerships
Advance innovation, including AI, automation, and Lean-enabled workflows

Requirements

• Have led complex VDC, BIM, or digital delivery organizations at scale
• Enjoy designing and evolving the systems and processes that shape how work gets done, not just managing tasks
• Can translate technical insight into executive-level strategy

• Refining and executing VIATechnik's enterprise VDC strategy
• Leading a high-performing VDC organization with strong managers and clear standards
• Growing and deepening strategic client relationships and account expansion
• Driving portfolio-level financial and operational performance
• Advancing innovation and thought leadership in digital construction
