Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
Customer‑focused mindset with a positive, professional demeanor

Nice To Haves

Prior teller, vault, or cash‑handling experience preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain custody, control, and balancing of the branch vault, cash, coin, and ATM funds
Order, receive, store, and distribute cash and coin according to established procedures
Ensure teller cash limits are properly funded and balanced daily
Research and resolve cash discrepancies promptly
Maintain compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and security procedures
Prepare required cash and vault reports and maintain accurate documentation
Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers at the teller line
Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other routine transactions
Promote bank products and services by identifying customer needs and making referrals
Uphold customer confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Support branch operations through teamwork and flexibility across duties
