About The Position
Fisher-Titus Medical Center is a hospital system in northern Ohio, Norwalk. We are adding a Vascular Surgeon to our established practice. Permanent, full time Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Hospital and clinic setting Primary Location: Fisher Titus Medical Center – Norwalk, OH Cerner EMR (Hospital/Clinics) Clinic hospital consults general surgery and vascular lab block times Clinic coverage with access to (2) hyperbaric chambers Services performed: Wound mgt, Vein stripping (lower/upper), fistula creation, venous access, vein works (lower extremities), Dialysis temp and permanent port placement, endovascular aortic repair (EVAR), Carotid Stents, PE retrieval Competitive salary compared to market and experience Sign On: Up to 25k Relocation: Up to $10,000 Student Loan Repay: Yes. Up to $25,000/Year-Max $100,000 total CME: $5,000 plus 5 professional days for training
