About The Position

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Medical Director of Vascular Surgery to lead our expanding vascular program at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, New Jersey. Position Overview As Medical Director, you will provide visionary leadership and operational management for the hospital’s Vascular Program. Key responsibilities include: Delivering clinical oversight to ensure the highest standards of patient care Developing, implementing, and monitoring program policies and procedures Leading quality improvement initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance Building and maintaining strong relationships with referring physicians, payors, and community partners Supporting program growth, outreach, and strategic planning This role combines clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities, ideal for a physician seeking long-term professional and personal fulfillment within a supportive health system.
