About The Position
A dedicated hub of collaboration, innovation, education and research, Lehigh Valley Fleming Neuroscience Institute is a premier destination for care of brain, spine and other neurological and neurosurgical disorders in the region. This position is located in Allentown, PA at our Cedar Crest hospital Call & Weekend rotations is required You will work along side of many trained Physicians and APC's Over 1,500 stroke cases are admitted each year to LVHN making it one of the busiest stroke services in the nation. The hospital has 24-hour coverage for rapid response to all neurologic emergencies including three neurointerventionalists. The stroke group is fully supported by physician assistants/nurse practitioners, our neurocritical care neurologist team, and a staff of neuroradiologists. In a Neurology career with LVHN, you'll experience: The Center’s multidisciplinary team that includes neurologists with fellowship training in epilepsy, a fellowship trained functional neurosurgeon,neuropsychologists, social worker, and epilepsy-experienced advanced practice professionals and nursing staff. Requirements
- Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology
- A valid PA Medical License, or the ability to obtain one, is required
- Permitted to work within the US
