About The Position

Phillips Academy seeks an Assistant Coach for the boys’ varsity lacrosse program for Spring 2025. Working alongside the varsity lacrosse head coach, responsibilities include developing individual skills, teamwork and sportsmanship among student-athletes. Experience playing and/or coaching lacrosse required and experience working with high school age students preferred. Full background check required. Commitment is approximately 20-25 hours per week (Monday- Saturday) from mid-March through third weekend of May. Late afternoon practices (window of 3:15 p.m. – 6 p.m. and home/away games Wednesday afternoons as well as most Saturdays). Coaching responsibilities include out-of-state spring break training trip in mid-March alongside varsity coaching staff. No benefits.
