Requirements

• Travel positions require 6 week rotation schedule.
• Pass 3 year Motor Vehicle Check (No tickets or Accidents).
• Pass 7 year Background Check.
• Valid US Driver's License
• US Citizen or Greencard
• Pass DOT Physical for Med Card
