About The Position

DPHR is hiring a Variety Pack Associate in Mooresville! Details: 1st shift 12 hours 6:15am-6:15pm $16/hr Position Summary: The Variety Pack Associate will work to repack cases of beverages into variety packs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Requires consistently being on time & having good attendance is expected
• Flexibility to assist where needed
• Must be able to stand for entire shift minus breaks
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs or as specifically required for position, listed below
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs or as specifically required for position, listed below
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception
• Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
• Regularly required to climb or balance
• Occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

Responsibilities

• Use a box cutter to open packs of beverages
• Reorganize and repack beverages into a variety pack
• Wrap pallets of completed packs
• Use tools such as a pallet jack to move packs throughout warehouse
• Other duties as assigned
