About The Position
Hello, Parkdale Health and Rehab in Price, UT is actively looking to hire a part-time/on-call Van Driver/Transportation Specialist. The Van Driver/Transportation Specialist is a position that is needed most days, and the work schedule may vary due to the needs of the residents. The hours anticipated are between 15 and 20 hours a week.
Requirements
- 25+ years of age
- CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) certification
- Current driver's license, clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma
- Prior driving experience desired
- Reliable, organized
- Great attitude
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs. to a height of 3 to 4 feet and be able to push, move and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 200 feet
- Love to work with geriatric people!
Responsibilities
- Schedule patient doctor and other appointments
- Load/unload geriatric patients into facility transport vehicle
- Transport patients to/from doctor, other appointments
