Spring Creek Healthcare Center is seeking a dependable, compassionate Van Driver / Transportation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll do more than drive-you'll help ensure our residents arrive safely, comfortably, and with dignity to the care they need.

Requirements

• Age 25 or older (insurance requirement)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and assist up to 50 lbs and support safe patient movement
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organization and reliability
• A positive, respectful approach to working with older adults

Nice To Haves

• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification
• Previous driving or patient transport experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule medical and specialty appointments
• Safely transport residents to and from appointments
• Assist with loading and unloading passengers, including mobility support
• Maintain a clean, safe, and reliable transport vehicle
• Collaborate with care staff to ensure timely and smooth transitions
• Provide occasional oversight to a part-time driver, as needed
