About The Position
At RDP, our van drivers play a critical role in supporting our customers and keeping deliveries running smoothly. This van driver position is built to support our transportation team with customer deliveries and day-to-day operational needs. Between delivery runs, associates perform light duty warehouse tasks as needed. Competitive Earnings Pay starts at $20.00 per hour with pay increase opportunities. $200.00 Perfect attendance bonus. Consistent, predictable pay structure.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass drug screening.
- Ability to lift and handle physical job requirements.
- Strong reliability and customer service mindset.
- Background check required.
Responsibilities
- Handle small, multi-stop deliveries throughout the day
- Support time-sensitive and same day delivery needs
- Provide professional, customer-focused service
- Assist with light warehouse duties when not on deliveries
