Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED. Associate degree preferred
- 2-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on production and on time delivery
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Experienced with MS Office suite to include intermediate level experience with Excel [pivot tales/VLOOKUP’s]
- Cross functional team experience
- Observes all safety rules per OSHA guidelines
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide part status inputs along with Line of Balance
- Documents process issues.
- Prepare progress reports and Work in Progress [WIP] Reporting
- Facilitate implementation of need-based solutions.
- Identify needed resources to keep product moving
- Track work order movement through the manufacturing process of specific product identified by value stream
