This role will be the single owner driving our customer value journey from initial discovery through value realization—setting the foundation for long-term customer success. It will define and orchestrate the right resources to ensure value engineering is embedded at the core of how we engage customers, sell solutions, and deliver impact. What a day in the life looks like: Create the value framework: Create a simple, understandable, and useable value framework and tooling using existing materials and industry knowledge that can be leveraged by sales teams to drive customer acceptance and larger deal scopes. Lead the Value Journey: Partner with sales enablement and presales to shape and deliver a unified framework for value selling and management. Includes business case creation, ROI calculation, and joint customer confirmation of outcomes. Orchestrate Internal Efforts: Align presales, enablement, product, demos, and customer success resources to ensure each stage of the value journey is executed consistently and with measurable outcomes. Feed Value Realization: Work closely with product to embed consistent metrics from our solutions into customer-side tracking as part of our go-live process. Presales Enablement: Equip presales teams with value-based messaging, tools, and training that ensure customer interactions highlight business outcomes, not just product features. Refinement & Execution: Act as the single accountable owner to pilot, refine, and institutionalize this process, building a foundation that scales. Why join us? Requirements

• Clear, repeatable value journey framework in place.
• Execution of Value Selling and Management
• Increased sales adoption tied to value articulation.
• Tee up success for CSM customer value realization post-implementation
• Improved presales effectiveness by evolving from feature-based demos to value-based engagement.

Responsibilities
