The Electric Rope Shovels Value Chain Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire value chain process for two key products: electric rope shovels and draglines for Original Equipment and aftermarket. The Value Chain Engineering Manager ensures that all stages from product development to customer delivery are efficient, cost-effective and aligned with the organization's strategic goals (including quality, velocity, cost) and Operating Profit after Capital Charge (OPACC). This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, process optimization and cross-functional collaboration (logistics, operations, product and process engineering, product support and lifecycle management) to identify opportunities for improvement.
