Value-Based Contracting Director This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Value-Based Contracting Director will be responsible for working with and across Carelon Health Executive leadership team in leading Carelon Health solution innovation and partnership strategies, in addition to working with other external constituents in support of driving support for and sales of Carelon Health's core risk products and services. How will you make an impact: Provides comprehensive analytic and business insight across Carelon Value-Based Contracting programs. Investigates and manages internal and external issues related to VBC partnerships, including provider/vendor engagement, performance measurement, and outcomes-based contracting inquiries. Develops Carelon’s Value-Based Contracting strategy and leads Carelon’s business partnership strategy to support the design and execution of complex, innovative contracting structures that align with enterprise goals. Provides analytic and business insight to support decision-making across Carelon’s Value-Based Contracting portfolio. Investigates and manages internal and external issues on an ad hoc basis, including provider collaboration challenges, performance disputes, and implementation concerns. May provide leadership and/or oversight of projects, project teams, and/or external consultants focused on new or enhanced value-based models.
