The Value-Based Analytics Analyst Lead partners with internal and external clients to deliver data driven insights that support decision making throughout the organization. The analyst team defines, develop and implements work related to data sourcing, availability, usage and application, to promote the availability and quality of data throughout the organization, and conduct analysis of data to support strategic decision making. The Value Based Analytics team is a leader and partner in the transformation of One Hoag to a value-based health organization by supplying timely, actionable information through advanced analytics, is a high-performing team with flawless processes, focused on maximizing the value equation for One Hoag and our Community. The Value Based Analytics team supports creative, value-driving alternative payment models and risk-based arrangements through modern risk adjustment, quality and cost management practice. This position will lead various value-based program efforts. Will also lead and facilitate discussions to identify true issues and thoroughly understand stakeholders to provide meaningful, accurate solutions. Will lead the analytics team and oversee project timelines and workflows.
